Setting up your email on an iPhone

It’s easy to set up your email on an iPhone just do the following:

The simplest option is just to set this up on your phone using the same app as you do for Gmail.

This will not merge the accounts and each is operated independently.

Just choose “add another account” and then “Other (IMAP)” Then type in the settings below as asked by the app.

Incoming(IMAP) server

  • Server: imap.extendcp.co.uk
  • Port: 993
  • Username: full email address
  • Connection Security: SSL/TLS
  • Authentication method: password

Outgoing(SMTP) server

  • Server: mta.extendcp.co.uk
  • Port: 465
  • Username: full email address
  • Connection Security: SSL/TLS
  • Authentication method: password
