We have been in business since 2003 (17 years) and have learn’t that communication is always key to a good working relationship. We are committed to this. However it works both ways and I would encourage anybody who isn’t happy or has any questions whatsoever to pick up the phone and discuss their issues rather than keep quiet, I cannot emphasise this enough.
Ease of communication
An important aspect of choosing a web developer is the feel you get when talking to them and the ability to meet up if needed. If you find it difficult to communicate with them easily before work starts I’d caution you not to continue. A good rapport is crucial to long term communication.
Lastly, explore ongoing support. We have been brought in many times to pick up the pieces when a web designer has disappeared or is not able to provide ongoing support.
